Briyani was always a hit or miss for me. Having made chicken briyani more frequently in the last few months, thanks to our guests, I have a hold on it now. I still can’t make it in large quantities, but no complaints there.
Today morning, after a lot of cleaning, I decided to try veg briyani. It’s surprising that I have been cooking regularly for almost a year now (No, that’s not the surprise), but I haven’t attempted veg briyani.
Here’s how it turned out. It was a little bland (even for Mab), he loved the texture and consistency. I hope I can work on from this in the future.
